Martha Dudley first contacted WolfNet in the fall of 2007 expressing an interest in reselling our IDX services.  Unlike many other technology vendors from whom we receive similar inquiries, Martha brought with her substantial industry experience in selling technology services to the Real Estate community, including IDX. She also executed a comprehensive business strategy that leveraged a highly specified target market for which these services were packaged into a custom offering.

In only 6 short months, Martha had outpaced every other affiliate in our program, not only outselling them in terms of volume, but also in her ability to maximize sales of our upgrade offerings, which she shrewdly included in her packages.  The result was an unprecedented jump in revenue for our affiliate program.  Martha's level of technical savvy and understanding of industry processes and protocols has not only fostered a lucrative symbiotic business relationship, but has also helped us improve our offerings and services for all our affiliates and customers alike.  Her ability to manage the expectations of her clients has resulted in minimal demand on our customer service and administrative resources, and an attrition rate well beneath the industry standard and that of other affiliates.
